Ⅰ.The name of this association is Longkou Nanshan International Golf Association

Ⅱ.General rules
This association is built and managed by Nanshan Group.This association will supply the fields and facilities of golf sport,commercial negotiation,leisure and body-keeping for the members and their dated relatives and friends,enhance the friendship between various members,improve the lever of golf sport so as to develop and spread golf sport.

Ⅲ.Membership and membership fee
1.If a person wants to apply for attending this association,only after he or she is reviewed and approved by the council of this association,handles necessary attending procedures and pays relevant membership fee and earnest money,can he or she becomes a official member.
2.After two years since the golf course sets up,any member can apply for transferring his or her membership.The membership can be transferred only after the transfer is reviewed and approve by the council of this association,and the member or buyer pays transfer fee thst is 5% of current published membership fee.Any member can withdraw from this association after attending for three years,this association will return earnest money (40% of attending price) when withdrawing from this association,and take back his or membership card and relevant documents when he or she attends this association.
3.Any member shall show his or her membership card when enjoying various services supplied by this association,and shall pay off all relevant rees before leaving this association.
4.If any member that pays membership fee by installment fail to pay relevant fee each installment later than seven days after specified period,this association has the right to stop his or her membership until he or she pays off all fees and overdue fine with 0.005 each day;If he or she doesn’t pay all due fees and overdue fine within sixty days,this association shall suspend its membership use right.
5.If membership use right of any member is suspended,he or she shall not use any facility of this association any more.
6.Playing booking is time order,golf course is designated by the Sports Department.
7.If this association sends notification or other documents,it can use methos such as hand delivery,mail and fax.The mail addresses of members shall be supplied to this association themselves.If any member changes his or her mail address,he of she shall notify this association immediately in written form.
8.Any applicant that complies with all artcles of membership application and is approved by this association will be issued membership card by this association.The membership card belongs to the property,can’t be circulated,shifted or transferred freely.After become an official member,any member shall ensure that his or her membership can’t be used for such applications as asking price,transferring membership or mortgage.
9.If any membership card is lost or damaged,this association can reissue the membership card at the request of the cardholder that he or she pays required charge according to specific terms and conditions.
10.Any member shall ablde by detail rules of association rule and implement stipulations of this association now and then.

Ⅳ.Complaint or advice
If any member has any complaint or advice,he or she shall submit it to The Membership Service Department of this association.

Ⅴ.Every member or this association has the following rights:
1.To apply for transfer his or her membership after attending this association for two years.
2.Any member will be exempted fruit fee when playing golf in this association.He or she is allowed to carry three guests and their fruit fee will enjoy member guest prices.
3.To have priority to attend all activities held by this association
4.To enjoy the use of other facilities operated by this association preferentially.

Ⅵ.This association will cancel the membership of any member under the following conditions:
1.Any member whose action injures any reputation and benefit of this association.
2.Any member whose action is improper and influences any life,property and safety of this association or any other member.
3.Any member who is sentenced by any court of justice or imvolved any criminate case and confirmed by any court of justice.
4.Any member who doesn’t pay various fees on schedule without any reason and is urged for paying for more than three times comtinuously.
5.Any member who doesn’t comply with relevant rules of golf course and lends its membership card to others for use or tuansfers his or her membership privately without permission of this association.

Ⅶ.This association sets up a council that supervises the implementation and revision of the Comstitution and Rules of this association,contacts with various govemmental departments on behalf of this association,and communicates and coordinates the relation between this association and its all member.Various special committees can be established as required.

Ⅷ.If there is any dispute or different meaning in any right or liability relation between this association and its any member and between different members,the stipulated contents of this constitution shall have priority in binding them.

Ⅸ.The preparation,revision,perfection and explanation rights of the Constitution of this association belong to the council.

Ⅹ.Chinese edition of this constitution shall prevail.
