Family membership with signature
 Family membership with signature is a kind of lifelong membership set by Nanshan International Golf Association for the family in which there are several golfers.
The members should use the facilities of this course, following and complying with the regulations of corresponding golf club in golf association, depending on the specific condition of the club selected by you.
Rights to be shared
Family membership with signature
The family membership shall be limited to use under a name registered. The rights apply to all members of the family, including the host/hostess with name registered, his/her mate, his/her children under age 20. The family membership of the minor children will be cancelled automatically when they are of age 20.
Names of his/her mate, his/her children under age 20 are attached to the membership card.
Any member will be exempted Green fee when playing golf in corresponding club of this association.
He or she is allowed to carry at most three guests, and they will enjoy member guest prices when playing golf anytime.
His/her mate, his/her children under age 20 are allowed to carry at most three guests, and they will enjoy member guest prices when playing golf only on weekdays.
To enjoy the right of using the balls free of charge when playing golf in exercising hall of corresponding golf club.
To enjoy the right of 10% discount in dining rooms of corresponding golf club.
To enjoy the right of accommodation in the five-star International Conference Center hotel preferentially. The preferential prices are subject to be changed by the International Conference Center without notice.
To enjoy the use of other recreation and exercising facilities operated by this association preferentially. The preferential prices are subject to be changed by the Association without notice.
Membership application and transaction
Any people can apply for the membership of this association. If a person wants to apply for attending this association, he or she should fill in the application form and documents, only after he or she is reviewed and approved by the council of this association, handles necessary attending procedures and pays relevant membership fee and earnest money, can he or she becomes a official member.
Annual fee of membership
Annual fee of membership is RMB600yuan/year. (it’s valid until December, 2008. After December, 2008, it’s subject to change according to the consumption level at that time)
Usage articles
When member use the facilities of the association, he or she should show the membership card.
Whenever you come to this association to play golf, you should inform the association to book the playing time in advance, and comply with the regulation of course reservation.
Member should first register in the reception hall of the Association and wear regular golf clothing before entering golf courts.
Deadline, transfer and borrow of membership
The membership right is lifelong membership.
Only after two years since any member apply for membership, he or she can apply for transferring his or her membership. The membership can be transferred only after the transfer is reviewed and approve by the council of this association, and the member or buyer pays transfer fee according to the regulation of Association.
The membership card can’t be borrowed freely, otherwise, the Association has right to withdraw the membership right, the membership fee won’t be refunded
This association will cancel the membership of any member under the following conditions:
For any member who doesn’t pay various fees on schedule (delay period up to two months) without any reason, the Association has right to pause his/her membership; for any member who doesn’t pay various fees on schedule (delay period exceeding two months) without any reason, the Association has right to cancel his/her membership, and reserve the right to claim for the money.
Any member whose action injures any reputation and benefit of this association because he/she disobey the golfer behavior standard and disobey the regulation of the Association, the Association has right to withdraw the membership right, the membership fee won’t be refunded
